These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game HexRush ("we", "us", or "our"), developed by Tarandeep. By accessing or using the game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You agree to use HexRush only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the game in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
If you choose to sign in using your Google account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
Game progress, preferences, and other data may be stored using Firebase Firestore. We are not responsible for data loss due to uninstallation or device reset.
HexRush may display advertisements through Unity Ads. These may include personalized or non-personalized ads. By using the game, you consent to the display of such ads.
We may send you push notifications for game updates, rewards, or promotional content using Firebase Cloud Messaging. You can disable notifications via your device settings.
All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and game code, is the property of Tarandeep and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to HexRush at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or us.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of HexRush. Your use of the game is at your sole risk.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the game after changes means you accept the new Terms.
